January 4, 1964 – February 20, 2022
Andre Oscar Dube, 58, of Nashua, died on February 20, 2022, suddenly of heart complications.
He was born in Manchester, on January 4 th , 1964, son of parents, Ronald B. and Pauline E. (Peloquin) Dube. He was a graduate of Merrimack High School in 1982, and grew up in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
He then graduated in 1987 from Northeastern University, as a Chemical Engineer. He worked for a Corrosion Consulting firm that serviced Boston Metro natural gas companies for several years.
Always a person with a curious mind, after earning an additional degree in Computer Science, he went back to start a second career as a Programmer Analyst and Manager of IT Services at AutoDesk in Manchester, New Hampshire. He took an early retirement in 2016 to pursue his many interests.
His family and friends were very important to him. He was a loving soul, who was devoted to the care of his mother, Pauline, who suffers from Alzheimer's. When asked to help, he was there to lend a hand.
His interests included traveling, snowmobiling, ice hockey, car racing, as well as playing in a band.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald B. Dube.
He leaves his siblings, Marc R. Dube of Manchester, David R. Dube of Merrimack, Jocelyne (Dube) Elmore and husband Gene of Cumming, Georgia, Daniel R. Dube and wife Cheryl (Lynch) of Colebrook, Paul Dube and wife Tracey (Beardsley) of Epsom, Pierre Dube and wife Gayle (McCullough) of Jaffrey, Nicole E. Dube of Cumming, Georgia, and Jean M. Dube and wife Stephanie (Trefethen) of Jacksonville, Florida. He also leaves many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial visitation hours will be held on Wednesday, March 2 nd , 2022 from 3 – 5 PM at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack. A memorial service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 5 PM.
