Anh Van Thi Nguyen, 79 of Merrimack, New Hampshire passed away peacefully at her home on August 22, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She was born in Quang Ngai, Vietnam on October 8th, 1943, of the late Mi Nguyen and An Thi Ngo.  She was the youngest daughter in her family.  Her family migrated to the US in 1982 and settled in Bronx and then Long Island City in Queens, NY.  In 2021, she and her husband moved to Merrimack, NH to live out their retirement and be close to their elder daughters.

She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Anh My Tran.

Survived by her husband of 60 years Phat But Tran; along with her children and grandchildren:

Eldest:  Nga Tran-Shultis and husband Scott Shultis with Sam and Nolan Shultis

2nd:  Ngoc Tran and husband Dzoan Tran with Adam and Emily Tran

4th:   Anh-Tai Tran and wife Minhha Nguyen

5th:   Kiet Tran and wife Joanne Tran with Lana and Madison Tran

Visitation will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH on Friday, September 1st from 8:30 AM – 10:15 AM, followed by a procession to Merrimack Cremation Service, Merrimack NH.
