Anita P. Dobbs, 83, of Merrimack, NH passed away on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022 at Bridges, a memory care facility in Nashua, NH.

She was born in Lubec, ME on August 7th, 1939, daughter of the late Harrison and Delora (Small) Parker. She was a graduate of Lubec High School and received her Bachelor's degree from Rivier University.

Anita worked as a legal secretary for many years until her retirement in 2000.

Anita was an avid gardener and belonged to the Merrimack Garden Club for a number of years. She enjoyed being at the beach and spent many summers at the lake with family. She was a dedicated grandmother who always enjoyed taking care of her 5 grandchildren. Anita also had a love for the arts and often partook in ceramics, painting, and other craft projects. Most importantly, Anita had a great love for her family and her family loved her.

Along with her parents, Anita was predeceased by her four siblings, Bernard Parker, Phyllis McMahon, Margaret Mahar, and Lois Pike.

She will be forever loved and remembered by her husband of 57 years, William D. Dobbs, Sr.; two children, William Dobbs, Jr. and his wife Lisa and Amanda and her husband Dr. Peter Kasyjanski; five grandchildren, William III, and Sarah Dobbs and Jack, Emma and Austin Kasyjanski along with several nieces and nephews.

An hour of visitation will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on Saturday, January 7th, 2023 from 10 – 11 AM.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the b urial has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 21st, 2023 at 10 AM at Last Rest Cemetery, 13 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, NH.

In addition, a memorial service is planned at the Nashua Church of Christ, 97 Farley Road, Nashua NH on the 21st of January (at 11 AM) in celebration of Anita's life.
