Livermore
September 11, 1940 – February 8, 2023
Ann (Traversy) Livermore, of Nashua passed away on February 8, 2023 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.
She was born in Ipswich, MA on July 9, 1936 to the late Thomas Traversy and Leona (Cooke) Lombard. Ann graduated from Ipswich High and attended Katherine Gibbs Business School in Boston. Upon her marriage to Roger Livermore in 1955, Ann moved and lived the remainder of her life in Nashua.
Ann worked her entire married life in many roles. She owned and operated ABS- A Better System for many years, assisting many small businesses with their business plans and credit and collections. In addition, she volunteered throughout her life with many organizations - Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, League of Women Voters, Meals on Wheels, and The Breakfast Exchange Club. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, camping, and spending summers in Jackson, NH with her family.
She was pre-deceased in November 2020 by her husband Roger, of 65 years. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by a granddaughter, Carrie Livermore; and a nephew, Louis Cecere.
Ann will be forever remembered by her three children, their spouses, and extended family members - Richard Livermore and fiancée Debra LaValley, Susan and husband Douglas Beals, James Livermore and wife Helene; seven grandchildren, Christopher Livermore and partner Crystal Playdon, Jamie and husband Jeff Gagnon, Courtney and husband Matt Carey, Jeffrey Beals and wife Brittany, Evan Beals, Tyler Livermore, and Graysen "Lleu" Saint Rome; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Kaedance, Kody, Kai, Maverick, and Cameron; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Christopher Church, Nashua, NH. Ann's family held a private burial service at the NH Veteran's Cemetery in Boscawen, NH where she was laid to rest next to her husband, Roger.
The family would like to thank the caring and compassionate staff at both Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua and the hospice staff at Home, Health, and Hospice Care and the Community Hospice House for assisting Ann throughout her illness and end of life care.
