Arlene S. Gilchrist, 71, of Merrimack NH passed away on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, at Bedford Hills Center in Bedford NH after a brief period of declining health.

She was born in Somerville, MA on September 26th, 1954, to the late Richard and Barbara (Woodbury) Gilchrist. Raised in Dracut, MA she was a graduate of Dracut High School and worked for Raytheon as an assembler for over 33 years.

Along with her parents, Arlene was pre-deceased by her son Steven Gilchrist in 2022.

She will be forever loved and remembered by her daughter, Erin, and her husband Rob Young of Merrimack; along with her four grandchildren, Danielle and Jonathan Gilchrist and Savannah and Logan Young.

In accordance with the families wishes, services will not be held.
