Arthur "Artie" F. Houle Jr. 64 of Hillsborough, NH and a former resident of Merrimack, NH died Sunday, December 19 ^th , 2021 at his home after a period of declining health.

He was born in Nashua, NH on October 8 ^th , 1957, a son of the late Arthur F. Houle Sr. and Rita (Theriault) Houle.

Artie was a graduate of Merrimack High School Class of 1976 and had resided in Merrimack until 2003.

He enjoyed Nascar and Meat raffles at area Legions and VFWs. Artie was employed at Shaw's Mclane and had worked for many years at Nashua Corp.

In addition to his parents, he is pre-deceased by a sister Elaine Houle.

Survivors include his wife of 18 Years, Catherine (Bourbeau) Houle of Hillsborough, a brother Donald Houle of Londonderry and his wife Donna; six sisters, Diane Cox and her husband Roger of Murfreesboro, TN, Carole Houle of Bedford, NH, Linda Parker of Hooksett, Roberta Compagna and her husband Mike of Merrimack, Rose Houle of Manchester, and Kathy Kierstead of Manchester, NH; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial calling hours will be held in the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack Thursday, January 13 ^th , 2022 from 6-8 PM. Memorial service will be held in the Funeral Home Friday at 11 AM, with burial following in Last Rest Cemetery, Merrimack.
