Brian E. Ahearn, 69, of Merrimack, NH passed away on Wednesday April 12th, 2023 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Lowell, MA on June 19th, 1953 to the late George and Vivian (Scott) Ahearn. He was raised in Lowell, MA till age 6, then Hudson, NH where he graduated from Alvirne High School in 1971.

Brian worked as a Grocery Manager for Hannaford Supermarkets for many years before his retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and gardening, but nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his grandchildren.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his wife of 45 years, Michelle (Munday) Ahearn; two children, Brian Ahearn and Meredith Page; two grandchildren, Dylan Page and Tyler Parks; three siblings and 1 sister in law, Gregory and Claire Ahearn, George Ahearn and Nona Kennedy along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on Saturday April 22nd, 2023 from 9:30 – 11:30 AM with a service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 AM. Immediately after the service we will have a graveside burial at St Patrick's cemetery located at 102 Derry Rd in Hudson, NH where all are welcome. The family will be gathering at the Backstreet Bar, across the street from St. Patrick's cemetery, immediately after the burial if anyone would like to join them.
