Cheryl A Lavoie, 58, of Chester, NH passed away on August 12, 2024, after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma.

Cheryl was born and raised in Malden, MA as one of five children. She graduated Malden High School and eventually moved to southern New Hampshire to raise her three children and help raise her two stepsons. Cheryl worked for many years as an insurance agent at Insurance Solutions in Plaistow, NH. Passing her insurance exam was one of her biggest accomplishments and Insurance Solutions was a place where colleagues became family. When Cheryl had free time, she loved to take pictures, crochet, sew, and spend time with her friends and family. Cheryl will be remembered for her sense of humor, love for her grandbabies, and desire to travel. She was no stranger to adventure, as she loved cruises and Mexico. Going to camp or anywhere with a palm tree were her two favorite destinations.

Cheryl's beautiful spirit will be remembered by the many loved ones she leaves behind, including her father Joseph, husband of 21 years Rick, her oldest daughter Ashley and husband Logan, youngest daughter Jennifer and husband Joshua, son Ryan and wife Jessica, grandchildren Carter, Brooke, Blake, Kennedy, Theo, and baby Funai. Cheryl will also be remembered by her best friend Mella, as well as many other friends and family members. Cheryl will be greeted in heaven by her mother Marjorie, and brothers Ronnie, and Joey.

Friends are asked to gather and remember all the fun times they've had with Cheryl on Monday August 19 from 5 - 8pm at Rivet Funeral Home, in Merrimack, NH. A private burial for immediate family only will occur at a later date.
