Christopher A. Elston, 65, of Merrimack NH passed away on Thursday, July 11th, 2024 at his home.

He was born in Lowell, MA on July 15th, 1958, son of the late George L. Elston and Helen M. (McLaughlin) Elston.

Chris was a graduate of Lowell High School.  He worked as a technician for Lockheed-Martin for 15 years, after working at other electronics companies for many years.

Chris was a talented musician, playing many musical instruments, most proficiently the guitar. He recorded guitar performances on albums with the band Data-Bank-A and on solo recordings.  He also loved spending time with his dogs.

Along with his parents, he was pre-deceased by his brother, George L. Elston, Jr.

Surviving members of his family include his partner of 20 years, Patricia Costanzo; sisters, Patricia and her husband Alvaro Giguere and Deborah Elston and her husband Andrew Szava-Kovats; nieces and nephews, Mark, Scott, Heather, George III, Tracy, and Amy; several great-nieces and great-nephews; sister-in-law, Lorraine Elston along with Patricia's brother, Anthony Costanzo and his son Michael Costanzo.

Chris was loved by all who knew him and will be be deeply missed.

Visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on Thursday, July 18, from 4 – 6 PM with a service to follow at 6 PM in the chapel of the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Chris's memory can be made to animal charities.
