Elizabeth "Boo"
Zotto
March 7, 1958 – January 30, 2021
Elizabeth "Boo" Zotto, of Bedford passed away from Pancreatic Cancer on Saturday, January 30th 2021 at her home surrounded by friends and family. She was born in Schenectady, NY on March 7th 1958 to the late Edward and Mary (DeAngelus) Stevener. She graduated from Russell Sage College with a bachelors degree in Nursing. Boo worked as a pediatric nurse in the cancer ward of Strong Memorial Hospital in NY until moving to New Hampshire with her husband Dan in 1983. Boo then worked as a pediatric nurse at Dartmouth Hitchcock for many years until transitioning into a member of the school system of Bedford, as the school nurse at McKelvie Middle School and Ross A. Lurgio Middle School. She worked as a school nurse for 20 years until she retired. When she was not working, Boo enjoyed volunteering her time to help those in need. Wether it be working food drives, or fund raisers, she always wanted to give back and help anyone she could. When she was not giving back to the community, she enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and collecting antiques. Most of all, she especially enjoyed being "Mema" to her grandson Caleb who she adored more than anything.
Boo will be forever loved by her husband of 39 years, Daniel Zotto; her son Michael Zotto, and his wife Lindsay Zotto; and her beloved grandson Caleb Zotto. She was pre-deceased by her sister Cindy Walsh and half sister Susan O'Brian. She leaves behind two brothers David and Michael Stevener, a half brother Stephen O'Brian, along with many nieces and nephews.
