Elmer S. Bergin, Sr., 90, of Wilton, NH passed away on July 5th, 2021 at the Jack Byrne Center for Palliative & Hospice Care in Lebanon, NH after a period of declining health.

He was born in Boston, MA on August 12th, 1930, son of the late Thomas and Maisy (Hubbly) Bergin.

Mr. Bergin was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force and received an honorable discharge after serving during the Korean War. During his time in the Air Force, his greatest honor was being assigned aboard Air Force One with President Truman. He then worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a clerk for over 20 years before his retirement.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his five children, Michelle Bergin of Wilton, NH, Steven Bergin of Billerica, MA, Donald Bergin of Westwood, MA, Elmer S. Bergin, Jr. of Wilton, NH and Kevin Bergin of Hudson, NH; 10 grandchildren); 11 great-grandchildren and a brother, Elmer Whynot of Canada.

Per Elmer's wishes, there will be no services.
