Eric Joseph Cheli, 41, of Bristol, NH passed away unexpectedly on October 10 ^th , 2021.

He was born in Lowell, MA on March 25 ^th , 1980 to Marsha (Ober) Cheli and the late Ronald J. Cheli. He was raised in Merrimack and graduated from Merrimack High School in 1998.

Eric was employed as a mortgage broker for Residential Mortgage Services (RMS) for the last 14 years.

Eric loved competing, whether it was tennis, golf, or yard games. He wanted to beat you and probably would. He enjoyed spending his time on the lake with his family and friends. He worked hard and played harder. Eric was an amazing uncle, brother, son, and friend. He loved to end his night with a serenade to his guests. He was the most generous, kind, and fun-loving person. Eric will be missed by many, but never forgotten.

Along with his mother, Marsha, Eric is survived by three sisters, Andrea Cheli of RI, Nicole Cheli and Deanna Cheli, both of Merrimack; four nieces and nephews, Kayla, Maya, Samuari, and Sanjay along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and an extended network of friends.

Visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack on Monday, October 18 ^th , 2021 from 4 – 8 PM. A funeral service will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack on Tuesday, October 19 ^th at 9:30 AM.
