Obituary

Eric Scott Driscoll, 41, of Merrimack passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 6 th 2021.

He was born in Nashua, NH on June 24, 1980 to Brenda (Mercier) Driscoll of Merrimack, NH and Gregory Driscoll of Hillsboro, NH.  Eric attended school in Merrimack, NH and later moved to Newport Maine where he graduated from Nokomis High School in 2000.

Eric was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the fishing trips he would go on with his brother, dad and cousins.  He loved taking out his kayak on the lake and going for walks with his metal detector to see what treasures he could find.  Eric loved scary movies and a collection of sneakers (which had to spotless).  Eric loved being around his family and friends especially around the holidays and he always had the best Christmas gifts for his brother and other family members, he always had a story to tell about his adventures as well as an avid Boston Celtics fan.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his mother, Brenda Driscoll; father, Gregory Driscoll; brother and Sister-in-law, Adam and Teri Driscoll, maternal grandparents, Charles and Carol Mercier; aunts and uncles, Karen Silva, Patty & Donn Witzenbocker, Joan Leadbetter, Jean Lagasse, Sandy & David St. Pierre, and numerous cousins and other family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours from 5-7 on Thursday, September 16 at the Rivet Funeral Home 425 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
