Erik Jeglinski, 57, of Nashua NH passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026, at the Crestwood Center in Milford, NH after a period of declining health.

He was born in Amherst, OH on June 2nd, 1968, son of the Daniel Jeglinski and the late Vigdis (Halldorsdottir) Jeglinski. He was raised in Nashua NH and was a 1986 graduate of Nashua High School.

Erik served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1993 as an Aviation Storekeeper and received an honorable discharge for his service. Erik went on to work in customer service and collection for the next 30 years.

He married Karen Shoemaker in 1996 and has 2 wonderful children, a son Brandon, and a daughter Savanna, both of Merrimack, NH.

Erik loved music, movies and spreading joy by telling jokes and stories. He was proud of his service as a Navy Veteran and of his Icelandic roots.  Erik liked road trips with no destination, and weekends at Loon Mountain. He also enjoyed boating with his best friend, trips to the casino and going to concerts.

He will be lovingly remembered by his two children, Brandon Jeglinski and Savanna Jeglinski and their mother, Karen Jeglinski; his father Dan Jeglinski; two brothers, Kurt Jeglinski and his wife Michelle and Kris Jeglinski along with several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on February 9th, 2026, from 4pm – 6pm with a service and military honors to follow in the funeral home chapel.
