Eva Greenleaf, 85, of Milford, NH and formerly of Merrimack died Monday July 29, 2013 at Ledgewood Bay in Milford after a period of declining health.
She was born in Nashua, NH on Oct. 18, 1927 the daughter of the late Tracy I. and Hilda A. (French) Raymond.
Eva enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends. She was known for her Christmas Eve open house with oyster stew and Texas cake and making fresh lemonade in the summer to enjoy around her pool.
Before retirement, she was a long time hairstylist at Isidore's and the Superior Look in Nashua.
In addition to her parents, she is pre-deceased by three brothers, Ernest, Robert, and Guy Raymond.
Members of her family include a daughter and son in-law, Tracy and Bruce Parker of Merrimack, grandchildren Jamie and Jessica Parker two brothers, Lewis Raymond of Nashua and Charles Raymond of Merrimack, a sister M. Patricia Decato Hayes of Michigan, extended family, Susan Greenleaf Acosta of Florida, Jon A. Greenleaf of Merrimack, Melody Greenleaf Higgins of Nashua, and Jeffrey R. Greenleaf of Maine; and many nieces and nephews, and many friends (young and old).
Calling hours will be in the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A graveside service will be held in Last Rest Cemetery, 13 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack Sat. at 10 am.
