Obituary

Gerard "Gerry" Roger Bosse passed away on Thursday April 13,2023 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital.

He was born on May 22,1947 in Nashua, NH the son of Roger Bosse and Cecile (Lachance) Bosse.

He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents and several aunts and uncles.

Gerry received an honorable discharge from the Navy where he served in Fleet intelligence. He became a journeyman carpenter/millwright working at the Budweiser plant and working for Harvey construction and Space Design Systems.

He was a past commander of the American Legion, State commander of the Disabled American Vets. He worked tirelessly to help veterans, whether it was helping them play bingo at the VA hospital or going to the Veterans home in Tilton to do cookouts for them.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Carol (Higgins) Bosse; two daughters, Kristi Barry and her partner Todd Parker and Marsha Tibbetts and her husband Mark; one son, Jerry Bosse and his wife Casey; seven grandchildren, Shaunna Barry, Taylor Aswell, Jacob Tibbetts, Felicia Tomolonis, Jeremy, Shannon and Jerry Jr.; one great-grandchild, Zoe; a sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Charles Cummings of Florida; niece Stacey Cummings of Florida; sister-in-law Diana Teague and her husband Kenny; Aunt Fleurette Lavoie and several cousins.

A graveside committal service will be held at Last Rest Cemetery in Merrimack on Monday April 17 th , 2023 at 12 Noon.
