Obituary

Gerard "Jerry" E. Theriault, 93, passed away on Friday June 5 th at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua. He was born in Nashua son of the late Joseph and Marieanna (Mignault) Theriault. Jerry had lived in Nashua prior to moving to Merrimack in 1959.  Jerry served in the United States Navy. He worked as a truck driver for many years, most recently for Law Motor Freight prior to retiring. Jerry was a part time police officer with the Merrimack Police Department. In his free time Jerry enjoyed watching the Red Sox and Patriots,  but most of all he enjoyed golfing. He was a long time parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Church, where he served as an usher.

Jerry is predeceased by his wife Dorothy and is survived by his children William Theriault of Merrimack, David Theriault and his wife Dawn of Hooksett, James Theriault of Merrimack, Steven and his wife Denise of Nashua, Marie Brady of Francistown, sisters Jeannette Theriault and Theresa Theriault both of Merrimack, 10 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Besides his wife Jerry is also predeceased by brothers Maurice and Robert, and sisters Rita and Annette, son in law Michael Brady.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday June 15 th at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Mercy Church located at 16 Baboosic Lake Rd in Merrimack, Please be mindful to wear a mask in church due to Covid-19 , with burial to follow at St Louis Cemetery in Nashua. Memorial contributions in Jerry's name may be made to Humane Society for Greater Nashua 24 Ferry Rd Nashua NH 03064.
