James L. Babineau, beloved father and grandfather passed away on November 20, 2022 at the age of 69 with his family by his side.

Jim was born in Fitchburg, MA on October 11, 1953, son of Raymond J. Babineau and Rita B. Babineau (Thibault). He was raised in Ashburnham, MA and graduated from Oakmont Regional High School. He then moved to Merrimack, NH with his wife and daughter where he happily lived for many years.

Jim worked as a Credit Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation for most of his career, and later worked for UPS prior to retiring. In his free time, he loved to travel, golf, garden, watch movies and spend time with his family. He will be remembered as a caring and generous father and grandfather, who loved to make people laugh and always had a gift or candy for his grandkids.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his daughter, Carolyn Raymond and husband Dan Raymond and his two grandchildren Emma and Sam, along with his sister Irene Pye and husband Marion Pye, his brother Paul Babineau and wife Darlene Babineau, and brother Ronald Babineau and wife Sally Babineau.

He was predeceased by his parents.

The family will be planning a celebration of life in the spring.
