Janet Ann Lambert, 83, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, June 5, 2024, at Cedar Ridge Center in Skowhegan, Maine.

She was born November 24, 1940, to Armand and Alice (Collier) Anctil in Goffstown, New Hampshire.

Janet was employed at Sprague Electric for over 40 years; she was also a lifelong Catholic. She was loved by everyone who surrounded her. Janet enjoyed visiting with family, bowling, bingo, car rides, fairs, and spending time with her cat.

She was predeceased by her parents Armand and Alice Anctil, husband Joseph Romeo Lambert, and sister Elaine Gagnon.

She is survived by her brother Armand Anctil Jr.; cousins Carol Kenway and Russel Ricker; sons Alfred and Joseph Lambert. She is also survived by five daughters and four sons-in-law: Cynthia McLaughlin, Marie and Owen Snyder, Robin and Alan Pond, Bonnie and Kevin Gagne, and Tammy Bishop and Alan Giroux. She is also survived by 25 grandkids, 49 great-grandkids, seven great – great-grandkids, lifelong friends Donny and Jessica Emmerson and Mark Davidson, and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 10-11 a.m. on June 22, 2024, at Rivet Funeral Home located at 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, New Hampshire. The service will be in the same location at 11 a.m., and the burial will follow at the Last Rest Cemetery in Merrimack, New Hampshire. There will be a gathering at the home of Donny and Jessica Emerson located at 75 Gilson Road, Nashua, New Hampshire.
