Karin Jill Smith

Karin Jill Smith, 56 of Lebanon, NH and longtime resident of Merrimack, NH passed away unexpectedly on Thursday September 24th, 2026.

She was born in Nashua, NH on October 6th, 1969, to C. Bradley Smith and Geraldine (Kellog) Smith. Raised in Merrimack, Karin graduated from Merrimack High School and afterwards made a career working in customer service and hospitality.

Although she suffered from childhood cardiac problems, Karin was the ultimate caregiver and always looking out for others and helping when needed. Even during moments when she did not have much to give, she was always ready to give as much as she could to others. Karin truly loved helping the ones she loved and spending time with her friends and family, she loved them dearly and would do anything for them.

Karin is predeceased by her brother Derek Smith. She is survived by her parents, C. Bradley and Geraldine Smith; her daughter Caitlyn Botsford and her husband Brandon; her son Cody Botsford and his wife Laura; her two brothers Geoffrey Smith and his wife Vada; and Benjamin Smith; and her nieces and nephew Charlotte Smith, Keaton Smith, and Amber Smith.

A funeral service will be held at the Bethany Covenant Church located at 1 Covenant Way in Bedford, NH on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
