Lauren E. Powers, 36, of Roxbury, MA and formerly of Merrimack, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 11 ^th , 2020 at her home.

She was born in Winchester, MA on April 4 ^th , 1984 to Joan (Backman) Powers of Nashua and the late Michael D. Powers.

Lauren was a graduate of Merrimack High School in 2002 and got her cosmetology license from Libs Beauty School in Boston in 2003. She was last employed as a receptionist for Belsito Barbershop in Boston.

She was pre-deceased by her father, Michael D. Powers in 2018, maternal grandfather Richard Backman, and paternal grandfather Robert Powers.

Lauren will be forever loved and remembered by her mother Joan Powers of Nashua; sister Sarah Powers of Nashua; maternal grandmother, Noreen Backman of Nashua; paternal grandmother Dorothy Powers of Winchester, MA;  many aunts uncles, along with numerous cousins.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack on Saturday, October 10 ^th at 9:30 AM.
