Marie Venne was born on November 13, 1931 in Maine to Gladys and Vincent Swimm. She married Arthur Venne on August 2, 1954, and, together, raised three devoted sons -- David, Daryl, and Daren.

She dedicated her life caring for others -- her three sons, her grandchildren, and also as a nurse's aide.

Marie's home was warm and comforting. She always had games shows playing on the TV and enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox. She loved visits from grandchildren, friends, and neighbors, with whom she would share a cup of tea with her uncurbed personality.

A loving mother and grandmother, Marie Venne, passed away at the age of 89 due to health complications on Friday, May 7, 2021. Marie was preceded in death by her father Vincent, mother Gladys, and husband Arthur.

She is survived by her three sons, David and his fiancé Donna, Daryl, and Daren, as well as her grandchildren, Nathan and his partner Beau, Devon, and Keara.

Visitation will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on Thursday May 20th from 10 AM to 12 Noon with a brief service being held at 11:45 AM. A graveside service will follow at Last Rest Cemetery on Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack.
