Michael J. Simon, 83, of Salem, NH passed away on Tuesday, June 28 ^th , 2022 at Carlyle Place in Bedford, NH after a period of declining health.

He was born in Lawrence, MA on July 13 ^th , 1938 to the late Peter and Sadie (Corey) Simon. He was raised in Salem, NH and graduated from Woodbury High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force.

Michael was employed with Raytheon where he worked with coatings and parts assembly of critical components.

He had also worked in construction for many years. He loved watching sports, especially watching Boston Teams. Michael owned thoroughbred racehorses and loved racing, sports and spending time with his family. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him.

Along with his parents, he was pre-deceased by his three siblings, Doris Cooper, Donald Simon and Joseph Simon.

He will always be loved and remembered by his two children, Michael Simon of FL and Maria and her husband John Flynn of Merrimack, NH; two grandchildren, Katie and Nathan Flynn, along with several nephews.

In accordance with Michael's wishes, there will be no services.
