Muriel E. Paré, 93, was born in Manchester on November 3, 1928 to Joseph and Eva (Langlois) Paré. She passed into the loving arms of her Savior and Lord Jesus on May 16, 2022 after a period of declining health. Muriel grew up and was educated in Manchester and graduated from Manchester West High School.  After graduation she moved to Washington DC to pursue a career with the Navy Department as an Administrative Assistant. Following retirement she volunteered for many years at the Dunbarton Oaks Art Gallery and her home parish of The Annunciation.

During those years in Washington, Muriel traveled throughout the world amassing a large collection of slide photos of which she was very proud. She was always ready to share these on her many yearly returns to New Hampshire. Several years ago she returned to live near her birth place to be near to her now extensive family.

Muriel was predeceased by her parents and sister Laurette St Jean Beck and brother Armand, infant brother Bertrand, and nephew Robert Paré. She is survived by nephew Robert St Jean (Maureen), Sandra Statz (Paul), Richard Paré (Nancy) and Verna Paré, 19 great nieces and nephews and many, many great grand nieces and nephews

The family thanks St. Teresa's Rehab and Nursing Center for the wonderful care they provided Muriel during her final years and Elliot Hospital during her final days.

Visitation will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Parish church, Litchfield, NH at 10 am Friday May 20, 2022 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am after which there will be a procession to Mt. Calvary cemetery Manchester, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Muriel's life to an organization of your choice.
