Nancy Ellen Parsons, 64, of Hampstead, NH left this world January 1st, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at Mass General Hospital in Boston following surgical complications.

Nancy was born on Feb 15, 1958 in Boston, MA to William and Helen Rinn. She grew up in Dedham, MA and then relocated to NH to raise her daughters.

She was the loving and devoted wife of Jimm Parsons, beloved mother to Heather Greenfield of Sandown, NH and Hillary Hammond and her Husband Keven Hammond of Temple, NH, and the absolute best Minky to her love bugs Hayden, Bristol, Addison, and Hunter.

Jimm was the love of her life and together they built a life that many of us only dream of. They spent all of their time together traveling, skiing, hosting events for friends and family, and in one of Nancy's favorite places, her kitchen. Those who knew her know that she was a talented cook and loved cooking for her family and friends.

Nancy gave her entire being to her family and was the backbone of the family and everyone's rock when they needed one. She was the absolute best mother that we could have asked for and even greater Minky.

Nancy was a bright light in this world and had the natural ability to form friendships wherever she went. Her kind and welcoming spirit touched many people while she spent many years bartending at Applebees in Nashua and Tortilla Flat in Merrimack. Following her days as a bartender she worked for several hospice companies continuing to touch many lives.

In 2019 she was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given 6 months to live, but she had other plans and defied all odds making a remarkable recovery. With her recovery she was able to proudly watch her daughter Hillary marry the love of her life, Keven and welcome her love bug Hunter into this world. As well as spending the last couple years making countless memories with her family and friends who were so blessed to get to keep her here with us longer.

Besides her immediate family Nancy is also survived by her brother Robert "Bob" Rinn and sister in law Patty, nieces and nephews, Bobby Rinn; Lisa Rinn, her husband David Jewer, and children Kaleigh and Anthony; John and Erin Rinn and children Jameson and Mackenzie; and Brittany Conran, her husband Joe, and son Jaxson; and countless friends, many which she considered family.

Calling hours will be held at Rivet Funeral home on Monday January 9th, 2023 from 4-7pm with a brief service following.
