August 30, 1946 – March 31, 2025
Patrick Jay Killoran, 78, of Merrimack, NH passed away on Monday, March 31st, 2025 at the Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, NH after a brief period of declining health.
He was born in Syracuse, NY on August 30th, 1946 to the late Cornelius and
Patricia (De Wallace) Killoran. He was raised in Bird-in-Hand, Pennsylvania, graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School, and received his Bachelor's degree from The University of Maine.
Patrick was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving for over 20 years before his retirement in 1986. He worked as an electrical engineer for BAE Systems for many years until his retirement.
Along with his parents, he was pre-deceased by a brother, Timothy Killoran, and his beloved dog - Fanta.
He will be forever loved and remembered by his wife of 56 years - Susan Killoran; three children - Theresa and her husband Buster Danforth, Shawn Killoran and his wife April, and Jennifer and her husband John Chick; four grandchildren- Christina Emerson, Mitchell Killoran, Jessica Chick, and Oliver Killoran; three siblings - Eileen and her husband Tom Smith, Dennis Killoran, and Cedric Killoran and his wife Bronwyn along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack on Sunday, April 6th from 2 - 4 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack on Monday, April 7th at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at the NH Veteran's Cemetery in Boscawen at 12 PM.
For those who wish, memorial donations in Patrick's memory can be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
