Obituary

Peter F. Cram, 75 of Merrimack, NH died Thursday August 8, 2024 at Catholic Medical Center after a period of declining health.

He was born in Claremont, NH on February 10, 1949, a son of the late Kenneth and Kalena (Nestervich) Cram.

Before retirement, he was employed at L-3 Communications in Woburn, MA as a mechanical design engineer. Once retired, he thoroughly enjoyed his weekly golf games with his good friend, Drake Daniels.  What started as a part time hobby, gem cutting, turned into a full time passion. Peter's creations were sold to a local jeweler as well as customers attained from word of mouth. He was a member of the Capitol Mineral Club for many years.  Owning several Harley-Davidsons throughout the years allowed many adventures riding in New Hampshire to Maine and Vermont. With his third Corvette recently purchased, Peter enjoyed attending car shows and the Sunday afternoon rides to explore new back roads in New Hampshire.

Members of his family include his wife of 30 years, Denise L. (Laliberte) Cram of Merrimack; a son Ryan Cram and his wife Rachel of Nashua, NH and a daughter Kalie Lydon and her husband, Christian of Portsmouth, NH; five granddaughters, Brooke, Madison, and Riley Lydon, and Ava and Olivia Cram; a sister, Kathleen Versprille of Merrimack, niece Kate Versprille and her husband, Jeff Gaudet, nephew David Versprille as well as their children.

Memorial calling hours will be held Wednesday Aug. 28, 2024 at the Rivet Funeral Home & Crematorium, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack from 6 - 8 PM.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the NH SPCA 104 Portsmouth Ave., Stratham, NH 03885
