Peter Michael Shields passed on June 10th, 2025, and his wife, Tina (Wood) Shields passed on June 15th, 2025.

It is with deep sorrow and enduring love that we announce the passing of Peter and Tina Shields—devoted husband and wife, loving parents, and true soulmates. Peter passed peacefully, and just five days later, Tina followed—her heart never far from his.

Their bond was extraordinary: a quiet, steadfast love that spanned decades and withstood life's hardest moments. Side by side, they built a life centered on family, laughter, and unconditional support. To know them was to witness a love that needed no words—just presence, patience, and deep-rooted care.

Peter and Tina are survived by their son, Daniel Wood and his wife Bobbi Jean; their daughter, Cara Konts and her husband Joel; and their four grandchildren, Isabelle, Josephine, Emma, and Devin.

A memorial service will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home located at 425 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH on Saturday June 28th at 12:00 PM to honor their lives and celebrate the extraordinary love story they wrote—together, until the very end.
