Raymond J. Breton

Raymond Breton, 90, a long-time resident of Merrimack, NH, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026 at The Orchard Inn at The Baldwin in Londonderry,

Raymond was born on August 25, 1935 in Fitchburg, MA, son of the late Archie and Rose Breton. He was raised in Fitchburg and graduated from St. Bernard's High School. Raymond served in The United States Marine Corps in Camp LeJune, NC where he rose to the rank of Corporal. Upon an honorable discharge, he graduated from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI. Raymond had a long and successful career at The F.W. Webb Company, where he managed both the Fitchburg and Merrimack locations, and was also a Corporate Sales Manager.

An avid golfer, Raymond was a long-time member of Nashua Country Club and Biddeford-Saco Country Club. He also enjoyed time at Bayview Beach in Saco, ME, where he had a beach cottage.

Raymond was predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Jennie.

He is survived by two sons, Bruce and his wife, Marcia of Windham and Brian and his wife, Mary of Atkinson. He also leaves two grandsons, Ryan of Scarborough, ME and Connor of Atkinson. Raymond was predeceased by one brother, Roger.

Brian and Mary would like to thank the staff at The Orchard Inn at The Baldwin for their exceptional care over the last year and a half.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack NH on Friday, June 12 at 9:30 AM with burial to follow at Last Rest Cemetery.
