Robert "Bob" E. Decourcy, 77, of Amherst, NH, passed away on Sunday, December 16 ^th , 2020 at his home. He was the widower of the late Christine (Hagerty) Decourcy, who died on August 14 ^th , 2008.

He was born in Woonsockett, RI on June 10 ^th , 1943 to the late Henry W. and Ruth (Mason) Decourcy. He was raised and educated in Woonsockett and was a graduate of Burriville High School.

Bob served in the U.S. Army and after an honorable discharge went to work for GTE as a machinist for many years until his retirement.

Along with his wife Christine and parents, Henry and Ruth, Bob was also pre-deceased by a brother, Harry Decourcy.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his three sons, Eric Decourcy of Rochester, NH, and Chris Decourcy and James Decourcy, both of Amherst, NH; three grandchildren, James, Dakota and Jeremy Decourcy; a sister, Barbara Plouffe of RI, along with several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John Neumann Church, 708 Milford Road, Merrimack on Tuesday, January 19th, 2021 at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Last Rest Cemetery in Merrimack.
