Robert Flanders

Robert “Bobby” Flanders, 78 of Merrimack, NH passed away on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026, at the Village Hospice House following a period of declining health.

Bobby was born in Nashua, NH on March 16th, 1948, the second son of the late Harold Luther “Chiefie” and Mildred Evelyn (Hamel) Flanders. Bobby grew up in Merrimack, NH and unfortunately suffered numerous injuries in his early years, which he was determined to overcome. He will be remembered as a kind and gentle man who loved to walk the streets of his hometown and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need along with a bit of humor. He was a friend to all.

In addition to his parents, Bobby is predeceased by his older brother Gary Lee Flanders.

Bobby is survived by his three sisters, Gale Seavey, Susan Barbour, and Judy Acevedo; his brother, Stephen Flanders; his Uncle John T. Hall and his wife Maureen; his aunt Norma Jean (Hall) Angwin; as well as several cousins.

Per the family’s request services will not be held.
