Robert Eugene Peschier

Robert Eugene Peschier of Merrimack, New Hampshire died on August 10, 2026 at Aynsley Place in Nashua, New Hampshire, after a brief illness. He was 91 years old.

He was born in Newton, MA, son of the late Peter and Hanora Mary (O’Sullivan) Peschier. He was raised in Newton MA and attended public school there. After receiving a degree in business from Boston University, he worked as an insurance underwriter until his retirement in 1991.

Bob was a talented gardener, and people who visited him during the growing season could count on returning home with an abundance of fresh carrots, tomatoes, and beans straight from his garden.

He and his late wife Anne enjoyed classical music, especially opera and attended local performances whenever they could.

Bob is remembered by those whose knew him for his sincerity, kindness, and generosity.

He was preceded in death by his wife Anne; his daughters Dianne and Jeannie and his twin brother, William Peter Preschier. He is survived by his daughter Suzanne of Juneau, Alaska.
