Samuel Brody, 92, longtime resident of Merrimack passed away on March 11 ^th , 2020 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a period of declining health.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 9 ^th , 1928 to the late Samuel Brody and Alice (Carson) Frye.

Samuel was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served for 4 years before transferring to the U.S. Air Force where he proudly retired after 20 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 98 in Merrimack and of the Nashua Elks Club.

He was pre-deceased by his wife Ruth (Ingersoll) Brody in 1992 and a daughter, Valerie Brody in 2019.

He is survived by his three children, Scott Brody, Linda and her husband Denis Gallant, and Grace and her husband Peter Kobzik; 2 grandchildren, Tonya and Danielle Brody; a great-grandson, Brody Rondeau, and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Brody.

Due to recent public health concerns, there will be no immediate services. Services will be held at a later date and will be updated on the funeral home website.
