January 11, 1966 – April 30, 2021
Scott Alan Couture, 55, of Merrimack, NH and formerly of Lawrence, MA, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 30 th , 2021 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Lawrence, MA on January 11 th , 1966 to the late Florian and Daisy (Campton) Couture. He was raised in Lawrence and graduated from Greater Lawrence Technical School 1984.
Scott worked for Lawrence General Hospital as an EMT and in the Merrimack Valley for more than 30 years. When he wasn't working, Scott enjoyed kayaking, playing bass guitar, riding both bicycles and motorcycles, watching the Patriots, but especially spending time with his family and friends.
He was pre-deceased by a brother, Bruce Couture in 2016.
Scott will be forever loved and remembered by his wife of almost 10 years, Jennifer (LeProhon) Couture; five children, Renee and her husband Daniel Dippo of Londonderry, NH, Rachael Cruz of Methuen, MA, Ashley and her husband Julio Rivera of Haverhill, MA, Andrew Kloo and Olivia Couture both of Merrimack; a brother, Wayne Couture and wife Kelly of Cape Coral, FL along with eight grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and lots of friends.
A public walk-thru visitation will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH on Tuesday May 4 th from 4 – 8 PM. A funeral service reserved for his family only due to Covid-19 restrictions, will be held at the Granite United Church, 1 Sandhill Road, Salem, NH on Wednesday May 5 th at 11 AM.

Masks are required, and social distancing will be in place.
