Sharon K. Flanagan, 82, of Wilton, NH passed away Monday December 16, 2024 at home surrounded by family after a period of declining health.

She was born in Ft. Leavenworth, KS on September 16, 1942, daughter of the late Marvin Burris and Genevieve 'Irene' (Craig) Coones.

An 'Army brat', she loved her country and had a constant wanderlust for travel.  Sharon loved music as well as art, she enjoyed painting and sketching.   Sharon's love of people meant she never met a stranger and enjoyed 'causing trouble' with her friends.

Before retirement, she was employed at IBM as a Production and Purchasing Agent.

In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by a brother Roger Burris, first husband John 'Jack' Manning, second husband Thomas Flanagan.

Members of her surviving family include three sons, Kerry Manning of NC, Brent Manning and his wife Laura of Wilton, NH and Aaron Manning of NC; four grandchildren, Nicholas and wife Judy of VA, Michael, Jared and Jacob Manning and a brother, Charles 'Chuck' Burris.

There are no calling hours. Private services will be held by the family.
