Thomas L. Nutting, 72, longtime resident of Merrimack, NH and founder and former owner of Custom Electric and Macro Media Inc. died Oct. 3, 2026 after a courageous battle with glioblastoma.
He was born in Claremont, NH on July 6, 1954 a son of Ruth A. (Stoughton) Nutting of Merrimack, NH and the late Herbert H. Nutting.
Tom was a longtime resident of Nashua, NH before moving to Merrimack in 1978.
He was a graduate of Nashua High School Class of 1972.
Tom was a former member of the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce and Merrimack Water Commissioner. He was an Electrician Master with the NH Board of Electricians. He was an avid golfer enjoying golf locally and on many golf trips with his extended golf friends.
In addition to his father, he was pre-deceased by his wife Denise J. (Leblanc) Nutting who died in 2004.
Members of his surviving family include his Mother listed above; his partner Carol Beisheim and her children; Madison (Kevin Barry and children) and Rob Beisheim (Ami and children); a brother Larry Nutting (Susan and children) and his three sisters, Sharon Nutting (Jon Teeter and children); Linda Chase (and son Andy Nutting); and Vicki Norris (Kris and children); brother-in-law Paul LeBlanc (Diane and son) and many family and friends.
Calling hours will be held in the Rivet Funeral Home & Crematorium, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack on Sunday October 18, 2026 from 11AM - 1PM with a memorial service to follow at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in St. Louis Cemetery in Nashua at the convenience of the family
In lieu of flowers, Tom loved his dogs and donations to an animal shelter or a charity of your choice would be his desire.
