Timothy W. Burke, 67, of Merrimack, NH passed away on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 peacefully at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH. He was the beloved husband of the late Katherine (Farrell) Burke with whom he shared 37 years of marriage before her passing on March 20, 2020.

Born at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT on October 25th, 1957, he was one of five children to the late Joseph and Mary Louise (Hession) Burke. He was raised in Simsbury, CT, and graduated from Simsbury High School and received his Bachelor's Degree from Saint Michael's College.

Tim worked as the Store Manager for Tire Warehouse in Lowell, MA for 30 years and was a proud member of the local community. An avid sports fan and longtime Patriots season ticket holder, he played hockey into his 40's and never missed a Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, or Bruins game on TV. He enjoyed reading about history and making model airplanes. He loved to attend concerts and sporting events with his late wife Kathy, having many fond memories with her. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, including his loyal cat Baxter.

Surviving family members include three children, Timothy Burke and his wife Maegan, Colin Burke and his wife Megan, and Katherine "Karie" Burke; four siblings, Joe Burke and his wife Kathy, Susan and her husband James Gleason, Steven Burke and his wife Allison, and Nancy Burke; brother-in-law, Francis Farrell and his wife Jennifer Sell; along with his niece and nephews.

Visitation hours will be held at the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack NH on Thursday, December 12th, 2024 from 4 – 6 PM. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack on Friday, December 13th, 2024 at 9:30 AM with burial to follow in Last Rest Cemetery.
