William N. Footer III, 55, of Brighton, MA passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 9th, 2025, at his home.

Born in Manchester, NH on February 28th, 1969, one of two children to Carole (Hopkins) and William N. Footer, Jr. of Merrimack, NH. Raised in Merrimack, NH, he graduated from Merrimack High School, received his Associates degree from Manchester Community College and his Bachelor of Science degree from Keene State College.

Will had been employed as an Energy Efficiency Program Manager at his company Performance Systems Development for many years.

Will lived his life on his own terms and loved the life he lived. He was a kind, generous and thoughtful partner, father, brother and son and anyone who knew him will miss him. He had a wry sense of humor and Christmas was his favorite time of year.

In his youth Will enjoyed many a hunting and fishing adventure with his father, brother and his best friend Barry Arseneau.   Ice fishing and eating MRE's at Greens Pond in Merrimack are some of our cherished memories with Will.

Along with his parents, William and Carole, Will is survived by his long-term partner, Rachel Pinnons of Brighton, MA; daughter Beatrice Pasquali and her husband Thomas Matos and granddaughter Francesca Matos of CA; brother, Wade Footer and his partner Melissa Paris of Goffstown, NH and his aunt, Sandra Knowlton of AZ.

In accordance with the families wishes, a private graveside service will be held in Last Rest Cemetery in the spring.
