Zac Cooper Martin's Obituary
Zac Cooper Martin, 4 days old, passed away peacefully on Saturday October 24, 2015 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on October 20, 2015 in Manchester, NH to Mark and Dominique (Ducas) Martin of Merrimack.
Along with his parents, Zac is survived by a sister, Natalie Martin of Merrimack; paternal grandparents Paul and Ellen Martin of Lyndeborough and Cheryl Martin of Nashua; maternal grandparents Norman and Diane Ducas of Londonderry, and is loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
A memorial service will be held at St. John Neumann Church, 708 Milford Road, Merrimack on Saturday Oct. 31 at 10AM.
For those who wish, memorial donations in Zac's memory can be made to Catholic Medical Center of Manchester, Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) of Lebanon and/or David's House of Lebanon.
