Stephen G. Mroz, 54, of Nashua, NH died Friday Nov. 27, 2015 at his home after a sudden illness.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY on Oct. 15, 1961, a son of Stephen V. and Stella (Chojnowski) Mroz of Stroudsberg, PA.
Stephen has been a resident in Nashua for 27 years. He was Committee Chairman of Boy Scout Troop 424 in Merrimack and was also a Past Grand Knight of Bishop Primeau Council 10896 Knights of Columbus at St. John Neumann Church in Merrimack.
He was also a member of Nashua Fish and Game, and was a collector of toy trains and Pets.
Stephen was currently employed as a Sales Manager for Gourley Co. in Waltham, MA.
Members of his family include his wife, Patricia (Corso) Mroz of Nashua; two sons Stephen and Joseph Mroz and twin daughters Christina and Laura Mroz all of Nashua; a brother Christopher Mroz and his wife Melissa of Colonia, NJ; a sister in-law, Lisa Barksdale and her husband Ken of Brookville, MD; two nephews, Scott Mroz and Tommy Barksdale; a niece, Amy Barksdale, and his two grand-pets, Snickers the Bunny and Feather the Cockatiel.
Calling hours will be in the Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH on Friday December 4, 2015 from 5-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Neumann Church, 708 Milford Road, Merrimack on Saturday December 5 at 11:30 AM. Burial will be in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA at a later date.
